Station 6 is refered to by our firefighters as the "downtown"
station due to its proximity to the beaches and the main hub of business on "the strip" (Hwy 98).
Station 6 is home to Truck Company 6, Rescue 6, Special Operations Heavy Rescue Unit
& Battalion 6
Station 6 is one of the busiest firehouses in the panhandle of Florida.
